Product Quality & Liability: We purchase and transport goods directly from local retail supermarkets exactly as they are on the shelf. NextDesk Go acts solely as a procurement and delivery service; therefore, we are not responsible for product manufacturing defects, quality issues, or shelf-life expiry. Consumer rights remain directly with the original retail store.
Zero Price Markup: NextDesk Go operates on a zero-markup policy. We charge consumers the exact total displayed on the original physical checkout register receipt plus our flat distance-based delivery fee.
Payment Terms: We strictly accept payment via bank transfer. The full transfer (comprising the exact store receipt total + the delivery fee) must be fully cleared before the physical delivery is dropped off.
Processing Turnaround: All purchase requests require up to a 24-hour processing window from the exact timestamp the order is submitted online.
Stock & Store Search Limits: If a listed item is out of stock at your primary designated store, NextDesk Go will check up to a maximum of two (2) separate local retail locations. If the item cannot be located across both stores, we will not search further.
Market Availability: NextDesk Go does not guarantee the fulfillment of every single item listed on your request, as deliveries depend entirely on local supermarket availability.
Prohibited Goods: We strictly refuse the transport of dangerous goods, hazardous materials, illegal or unsafe contents, and hot restaurant or fast-food meals.
Right of Cancellation: NextDesk Go reserves the absolute right to accept, decline, or cancel any delivery run based on operational constraints or safety circumstances. Customers will be notified of any cancellation within two (2) working hours of submission.
